Nicol Estate Agents is a family company, headed up by Karen and Douglas Nicol and was established in 2012. Nicol Estate Agents are members of the National Association Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman.

Karen, Douglas and the team have over 100 years’ combined experience in the industry having worked in senior positions for several large Estate Agents across the West of Scotland. With this experience, Karen and Douglas have seen what does and doesn’t work when helping people to buy and sell homes, and have taken this knowledge to develop and grow their own Estate Agency.

Nicol Estate Agents are located just beside Whitecraigs train station and at Clarkston Toll, in the heart of Glasgow’s Southside.
